In addition to our regular menu of tacos, burritos, nachos and salads we have daily specials that change periodically. The absolutely most popular currently, is our GRILLED AVOCADO HALVES.
Hass avocados are scooped out of their shells and tossed in oil and limejuice. Grilled until just a little charred on the outside, they are served atop a bed of queso sauce. We then drape your choice of meat over the halves and top the meat with California Monterrey jack cheese and chopped cilantro. We add a lime wedge on the side for a little pop.
Grilled fish tacos in soft corn tortillas, with shredded white cabbage, roasted chilies, Bella Blanca ranch and chopped cilantro is another very popular special. Added during our first year during lent, it has remained a permanent fixture.
The daily specials have given us an opportunity to offer a variety of different things on a daily basis while remaining true to our core philosophy of serving tacos, burritos, nachos and salads the best way we know.
