Each taco and every burrito is made the way you want as you watch. Every salad and every order of nachos; topped the way YOU say. Add more, less or something extra, it's your food.

El Daily Specials? Quite the list, anything from grilled and stuffed avocados to chile-rubbed, grilled fish tacos to shredded pork chalupas compuestas. As they say, "come early, come often," each daily special is only available until it's gone.   

We do it the best way we know, no shortcuts.
For the fajitas, that means we're grilling fresh beef steak and boneless chicken breasts all day. In between we're slow roasting the pork or shredding the beef for street style tacos. We let the taco meat simmer slowly, that way the tomatoes, cumin and garlic can do their thing.
